- 50ml Everleaf MARINE
- 20ml fresh bergamot juice (or lime)
- 15ml coconut water
- 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar (or 15ml sugar syrup)
- 15ml aqua faba (or egg white)
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with dried dulse (or a wheel of lime)
A savoury Sour to pair with tapas.
