Vanilla Sour
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Everleaf FOREST
- 25ml fresh lemon juice (or verjus)
- 15ml vanilla syrup
- 15ml aqua faba (or egg white)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist or edible flowers.
A rich sour for after dinner or a cocktail night!
