Forage & Feast: Nomadic Dinners
Last month, we spent a magical evening immersing ourselves in the Buckinghamshire woodlands, in partnership with Nomadic Dinners. This unparalleled, immersive dining experience found us foraging for fresh ingredients, sipping on endlessly delicious Everleaf cocktails & feasting on award winning food cooked for us by Masterchef winner - Laurence Henry.
Foraging for food
After a Nomadic foraging venture, we were delighted with a three course tasting menu, surrounded by ancient forestry in the middle of the remarkable woodlands.
Laurence's seasonal menu started with lacto fermented celeriac & baby beets followed by a delectable Venison Loin, cooked on the bone over fire. To finish, we were presented with an exquisite Apple, Pear & Quince Bakewell Tart.

Not only was each dish matchless in flavour, but they were all perfectly paired with one of our endlessly delicious Everleaf cocktails for an exceptional taste experience. We made the most of the final summer heat, sipping endlessly on Mountain Beats, Idyllic Mountain Fizz and finally ending the day with a sweet, warming Forest Eve.
