10 Summer Cocktails for an Alcohol Free Summer
Whether you want to stay completely alcohol free this summer, or simply want to moderate your drinking, here are 10 delicious non-alcoholic cocktails to sip on when the weather is hot!

Mountain Fizz
INGREDIENTS

    50ml Everleaf MOUNTAIN
    25ml fresh lime juice
    15ml wildflower honey
    6-8 fresh mint leaves
    Pomegranate seeds
    Top with Soda

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all the ingredients to a highball glass and mix with a spoon until the honey has dissolved. Top the glass up with crushed ice and briefly churn with the spoon. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.


Spindrift Sour

INGREDIENTS

    50ml Everleaf MARINE
    20ml fresh bergamot juice (or lime)
    15ml coconut water
    1 teaspoon of coconut sugar (or 15ml sugar syrup)
    15ml aqua faba (or egg white)

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with dried dulse (or a wheel of lime)


Citrus & Thyme Highball
INGREDIENTS

    50ml Everleaf MARINE
    Grapefruit (or bergamot) soda

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour over ice in a highball glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme Inspired by the classic Paloma cocktail.


Vanilla Sour

INGREDIENTS

    50ml Everleaf FOREST
    25ml fresh lemon juice (or verjus)
    15ml vanilla syrup
    15ml aqua faba (or egg white)

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist or edible flowers.

The Forest Spritz

INGREDIENTS

    1 part Everleaf FOREST
    3 parts light tonic
    1 wedge of orange

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour Everleaf FOREST over ice, add tonic and stir. A bittersweet non-alcoholic spritz with depth and complexity.


Vanilla Sour

INGREDIENTS

    50ml Everleaf FOREST
    25ml fresh lemon juice (or verjus)
    15ml vanilla syrup
    15ml aqua faba (or egg white)

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist or edible flowers.

Alpenglow

INGREDIENTS

    50ml chilled Everleaf MOUNTAIN
    Non-alcoholic sparkling wine or kombucha

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour the chilled MOUNTAIN into a cocktail glass and top with the bubbles. Garnish with dehydrated strawberry dust (or a fresh strawberry)


Forest Gimlet
INGREDIENTS

    50ml Everleaf FOREST
    35ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
    5ml honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve the honey in the grapefruit juice at the bottom of a glass or shaker. Add the Everleaf and ice and stir or shake until chill. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of grapefruit or lime.

The Marine Spritz

INGREDIENTS

    1 part Everleaf MARINE
    3 parts light tonic
    Lime slices and ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour Everleaf MARINE over ice, add tonic and stir.
