INGREDIENTS 50ml Everleaf MARINE
20ml fresh bergamot juice (or lime)
15ml coconut water
1 teaspoon of coconut sugar (or 15ml sugar syrup)
15ml aqua faba (or egg white)
INSTRUCTIONSAdd all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with dried dulse (or a wheel of lime)
