9 Refreshing Cocktails for an Alcohol Free Summer

Whether you want to stay completely alcohol free this summer, or simply want to moderate your drinking, here are 9 delicious non-alcoholic cocktails to sip on when the weather is hot!

1. Everleaf Forest Non-Alcoholic Ginger Spritz

Awaken the senses further by elevating the classic spritz using Forest with its rich Madagascan vanilla and pairing it with the warm, peppery, earthy ginger ale tones. This pairing creates a robust and refreshing taste which when highlighted with fresh lemon and ginger is a spritz to remember.

Ingredients: 50ml Forest, 150ml Ginger Ale, Orange & Lemon Slices

Combine the Forest and Ginger Ale in a wine glass, garnish with sliced oranges and lemons.

2. Everleaf Forest Non-Alcoholic Daiquiri

Invoke the vibrant, music-filled beaches of Havana with a Daiquiri. A tropical cocktail that blends the zest of fresh lime with the sweetness of sugar, resulting in a refreshingly tangy libation.

Ingredients: 60ml Everleaf Forest, 20ml Lime Juice, 15ml Runny Honey

Method: Add Forest, lime juice and honey into a shaker full of ice. Shake well before straining into a martini glass. Garnish with Lime (wheels, peel) Orange

3. Everleaf Forest Non-Alcoholic Picante

Can you handle a little kick in your sip? Try a Picante: a medley of fiery chilli, agave nectar, and lime juice for an invigorating, tongue-tingling experience.

Ingredients: 60ml Everleaf Forest, 20ml lime juice, 15ml agave syrup, small piece of chilli

Method: Muddle a small piece of chilli in a cocktail tin. Clap your coriander and drop in. Add the rest of the ingredients, then shake and fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Cut off the top end of the chilli pepper and place – stem upwards – on the drink to garnish.

4. Everleaf Mountain Peach & Jasmine Spritz

One of our most popular combinations. Mountain with its delicate floral notes is further enhanced by White Peach & Jasmine Soda (available in our shop). This pairing creates a delicate refreshing taste which is further enhanced with a garnish of free strawberries (when in season).

Ingredients: 50ml Mountain, 150ml Peach & Jasmine Soda, Strawberry Slices.

Combine the Mountain and Peach Soda in a wine glass, garnish with sliced strawberries and mint.

5. Everleaf Mountain Non-Alcoholic Summer Cup

Inspired by British summer garden parties, the Summer Cup is a garden’s worth of fresh fruits and herbs, capturing the essence of a warm season.

Ingredients: 50ml Everleaf Mountain, 120ml Lemonade

Method: Combine all ingredients in highball glass, stir gently. Garnish with mint, cucumber & strawberries.

6. Everleaf Mountain Non-Alcoholic Negroni Sbagliato

The Negroni Sbagliato has enjoyed a wave of glory in recent years, it’s the ideal middle ground between a refreshing spritz and a bittersweet Negroni.

Ingredients: 50ml Everleaf Mountain, 10ml Everleaf Forest, dash of non-alcoholic bitters, splash of non-alcoholic sparkling wine (or kombucha).

Method: Build all the ingredients in a rocks glass over a large ice cube, stir and garnish with orange slices.

7. Everleaf Marine Non-Alcoholic Paloma

The Paloma marries the tart effervescence of grapefruit soda with the brightness of lime, creating a thirst-quenching Mexican classic. A must for those bare-feet-on-the-grass afternoons

Ingredients: 50ml Everleaf Marine: 150ml pink grapefruit soda: Grapefruit

Method: Fill a glass with ice and pour Everleaf Marine. Top up with grapefruit soda and garnish with grapefruit. Add a salted rim to the glass if desired.

8. Everleaf Marine Non-Alcoholic Mojito

A refreshing blend of lime juice, mint leaves, and sugar, complemented by the effervescence of soda water. Think of Havana street parties (or brunch next week) and get mixing.

Ingredients: 50ml Everleaf Marine, 15ml Lime juice, 10ml Sugar syrup, 10 Mint leaves, Soda

Method: Build in a highball glass with crushed ice, churn briefly, top with soda. Garnish with mint bouquet.

9. Everleaf Marine Non-Alcoholic Hugo Spritz

If the sun's out, and the weather's warming it can only mean one thing: garden party season! Now's a great time to serve the Hugo Spritz, a cocktail from northern Italy, as a garden party drink. 

Ingredients: 50ml Everleaf Marine, 150ml Everleaf Tonic, Ice and a slice of lime

Method: Add ice to your wine glass. Pour in Everleaf Marine and elderflower tonic, and stir to combine. Top with a slice of lime.
