10 Refreshing Cocktails for an Alcohol Free Summer
Whether you want to stay completely alcohol free this summer, or simply want to moderate your drinking, here are 10 delicious non-alcoholic cocktails to sip on when the weather is hot!
Forest Cocktails
Blood Orange & Vanilla Spritz
- 50ml Everleaf Forest
- 150ml blood orange soda
- Orange slice & mint to serve
Fill your wine glass with ice, add Forest, soda & garnishes.
Southside Fizz
- 50ml Everleaf Forest
- 20ml lime juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 6 mint leaves
- Top with soda
In a glass, add the Forest, lime, sugar syrup & mint leaves. Add ice, top with soda & stir.
Saffron Sgroppi-no
- 50ml Everleaf Forest
- 1 scoop lemon or orange sorbet
- 100ml tonic water or non-alcoholic sparkling wine
Just add a scoop of sorbet to your Forest and tonic Spritz for a deliciously decadent and refreshing take on the classic Sgroppino cocktail!
Mountain Cocktails
Mountain Fizz
- 50ml Everleaf Mountain
- 20ml lime juice
- 15ml local wildflower honey
- 6-8 mint leaves
- Pomegranate seeds to serve
- Top with soda
Add all the ingredients to a highball glass and mix with a spoon until the honey has dissolved. Top the glass up with crushed ice and briefly churn with the spoon. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
Alpenglow
- 50ml Everleaf Mountain
- 5ml strawberry puree
- Top with alcohol free sparkling wine or kombucha
Pour the chilled Mountain & strawberry puree into a cocktail glass and top with bubbles. Garnish with fresh strawberry (or dehydrated strawberry powder as in our photo above!).
Strawberry Fields
- 50ml Everleaf Mountain
- 20ml grape verjus
- 10ml local wildflower honey
- 2 strawberries
- 15ml egg white
Add the strawberries to a shaker and muddle. Then add Mountain, verjus, honey and the egg white. Give a shake without ice to emulsify then fill with ice and give it a good shake. Fine strain into the glass to remove the strawberry pulp to serve (use aquafaba in place of egg for a vegan version).
Marine Cocktails
Palomi-no
- 50ml Everleaf Marine
- 150ml grapefruit soda
- Grapefruit & thyme to serve
- Pinch of salt
Fill a glass with ice. Add Marine & soda, top with the garnishes and a pinch of salt (smoked sea salt adds a fun layer of complexity here).
Mediterraneo
- 50ml Everleaf Marine
- 100ml Mediterranean tonic water
- Brined olive & sage to serve
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add Marine & tonic, stir & garnish with an olive and brushed piece of sage.
Marine & Soda
- 50ml Everleaf Marine
- 150ml soda water
- Lime Wheel & Olive to serve
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add Marine & Soda, stir & garnish with lime and olive.
The Classic Everleaf Spritz
- 50ml Everleaf
- 150ml Light Tonic Water
- Ice & a garnish
Fill your wine glass with ice. Add Everleaf & Tonic, stir & garnish with the relevant fruit - orange slice for Forest, strawberries for Mountain & a lime wheel for Marine.
