5 Alcohol Free Classics for World Cocktail Day

Across centuries of cocktail-making, certain drinks have quietly established themselves as part of the world’s shared language. They are balanced, familiar, and deeply rooted in ritual. Ordered in different cities, across countries, and adapted in different eras, but the classics are always recognisable at their core.

For World Cocktail Day, we’ve taken a few of these timeless cocktails and gently reinterpreted them through the lens of Everleaf. Alcohol free and inspired by nature.

Strawberry Daiquiri

The sweet treat that’s always deserved, the Strawberry Daiquiri offers a sweet and tangy tribute to tropical indulgence.

Ingredients
60ml Everleaf Mountain
20ml lime
15ml strawberry syrup*
Strawberries, cherries, mint or basil to garnish

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake hard. Strain into a coup or martini glass and garnish with strawberry slices.

(for extra freshness, mix chopped strawberries with sugar and leave in the fridge overnight, then strain!)

Saffron Old Fashioned

A classic from the journals of cocktail history, the Old Fashioned is a tribute to simplicity and tradition. It combines bitters, sugar, and a twist of citrus to craft a time-honoured tipple.

Ingredients
60ml Everleaf Forest
3 dashes non-alcoholic aromatic bitters
10ml maple syrup
Orange twist (or wheel) and cinnamon to garnish

Pour all ingredients into a rock glass with ice and stir gently. Garnish abundantly.

Mountain Collins

Light, lifted and endlessly refreshing, the Mountain Collins delivers a crisp sparkle with a clean, floral finish.

Ingredients
50ml Everleaf Mountain
25ml fresh lime juice
15ml wildflower honey
(dissolve in a little warm water)
6-8 fresh mint leaves
Soda water to top
Pomegranate seeds

Build up in a highball glass with crushed ice, stir gently. Garnish with fresh mint.

Vanilla Sour

A smooth indulgence with a bright edge, the Vanilla Sour balances soft sweetness with a gentle citrus lift.

Ingredients
50ml Everleaf Forest
25ml fresh lemon juice (or verjus)
15ml vanilla syrup
15ml aqua faba (or egg white)

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass.

Forest Sidecar

A refined classic reimagined, the Forest Sidecar brings zesty brightness and layered bittersweet depth to every sip.

Ingredients
50ml Everleaf Forest
20ml lemon juice
15ml orange juice
10ml simple syrup

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain, and garnish with an orange twist, or a small pinch of saffron.
