Fern's Festive Cocktails

We have been huge fans of Foraged by Fern's content for a long time at Everleaf. We were delighted when she offered to create two non-alcoholic cocktails for the festive season (yes we tried them, they are delicious).

The Forest Birch

The perfect alcohol free winter cocktail, capturing the essence of dappled sunlight.

50ml Everleaf Forest
A drizzle of maple syrup
And a few drops of birch bark bitters

Simply pour Everleaf Forest over a glass with ice. Add a drizzle of maple syrup and your birch bark bitters, stir and enjoy,

It pairs perfectly with Fern's leaf almond tuiles.

Key flavours: sweet maple, earthy forest, warming spices.

The Rosehip Cosmo

Using homemade rosehip syrup, Fern's non-alc take on a cosmopolitan is delicious.

50ml Everleaf Mountain
35ml cranberry juice
15ml rosehip syrup
10ml lime juice

Add everything to a shaker with ice and shake well before straining into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with rosehips, cranberries or even edible flowers.

Key flavours: tart rosehip, aromatic florals, vibrant cranberries.
