1. Mountain Non-Alcoholic Summer Cup

Inspired by British summer garden parties, the Summer Cup is a garden’s worth of fresh fruits and herbs, capturing the essence of a warm season.

Ingredients: 50ml Everleaf Mountain, 120ml Lemonade

Method: Combine all ingredients in highball glass, stir gently. Garnish with mint, cucumber & strawberries.

2. Marine Non-Alcoholic Hugo Spritz

Ideal for when the sun is out and the garden party season starts. Serve the Hugo Spritz, a cocktail from northern Italy, with classic summer elderflower flavours.

Ingredients: 50ml Everleaf Marine, 20ml elderflower cordial, 15ml lime juice, 80ml soda water.
Garnish with mint and lime

Method: Build the ingredients in a wine glass with ice, and garnish with mint and sliced limes.

3. Mountain Non-Alcoholic Strawberry Daiquiri

The sweet treat that’s always deserved, the Strawberry Daiquiri blends ripe strawberries, fresh lime juice and sugar, offering a sweet and tangy tribute to tropical indulgence.

60ml Everleaf Mountain, 20ml lime, 15ml strawberry syrup.
Garnish with strawberries, cherries, mint, basil

Combine all ingredients in shaker, stir a few seconds, pour over a coupette/martini glass. Garnish with strawberry slices.

4. Marine Non-Alcoholic Mojito

A refreshing blend of lime juice, mint leaves, and sugar, complemented by the effervescence of soda water. Think of Havana street parties (or brunch next week) and get mixing.

Ingredients: 50ml Everleaf Mountain, 150ml light tonic, 10ml raspberry syrup (Monin or 1 cup raspberries + 1 cup sugar macerated and left overnight).
Garnish with mint and raspberries when in season


Method: Build the ingredients in a wine glass with ice, and garnish with strawberries, raspberries and mint.

6. Mountain Non-Alcoholic Clover Club

There are two names for very similar versions of this classic raspberry sour from the turn of the last century; the Clover Club and the Clover Leaf. Guess which we prefer... Make one or two in a shaker, or whizz up a batch as a party aperitif using a blender.

Ingredients: 60ml Everleaf Mountain, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml sugar syrup, 3 raspberries, 1 portion egg white or vegan foamer.
Garnish with mint leaves.


Method: Shake all the ingredients hard with plenty of ice. Fine strain into a coupette glass to remove bits of raspberry.
