Valentine's Day inspirations

Valentine's Day inspirations

With Valentine’s day around the corner, are you staying in, going all-out or perhaps you are still planning? To give you some romantic inspiration, we have shared with you our favourite ways to spend Valentine’s day; whether you prefer staying at home, an extravagant meal out or perhaps something a little different. We have ideas for everyone…

Cosying up at home

Sometimes there’s nothing better than staying home in the warmth and cooking up something special paired with your favourite Everleaf spritz. If your culinary skills aren’t quite up to scratch, nothing could be easier than a meal curated for you by M&S as they release their Valentine’s Dine in for 2 at just £20 every year. With a selection of courses which never fail to impress, perfectly portioned for two people, you can enjoy your evening without getting stressed in the kitchen.

Start the evening with an aperitif spritz with Everleaf Mountain (found in M&S food halls): 1 part Everleaf, 3 parts light tonic, ice and a garnish of fresh strawberries- a vibrant blend of 12 botanicals, including cherry blossom and rosehip, Mountain is our romantic drink of choice!

Enjoy with a few nibbles, we like to have a selection of Spanish Pitted Mild Manzanilla Olives, whilst the dinner is cooking.

Ready to hit the town

If you like to dress up and treat you and your partner to an extravagant meal, then our current favourite romantic dinner spot is one of the many Sticks ‘n’ Sushi locations. For us, we find sushi to be a delicious healthy dinner, where you can choose a selection of dishes to share.
Our favourite sushi board has to be the ‘Mixed Emotions’ which includes Shake Tataki and panko chicken with wasabi caesar.

Pair it with the non-alcoholic Sakura Spritz on the menu (featuring Everleaf Mountain), for a romantic night you’ll be sure to remember without a hangover!

Perhaps you are looking for a classy cocktail bar in central London? Look no further than Eve Bar, located in Covent Garden beneath Adam Handling's Frog Restaurant. This Adam & Eve themed bar is ideal for a romantic cocktail date or a palentine's with friends. We recommend the thirst-quenching 'Hay Mama' cocktail with Everleaf Forest hay, honey, elderflower and soda. Pair with Adam Handling's infamous tasting snacks & sourdough to satisfy your tastebuds.
