Everleaf 2024 Spritz Competition - Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is: London Botanical Drinks Limited of 39-45 Bermondsey Street, London SE1 3XF t/a Everleaf Drinks (Promoter or Everleaf Drinks)

2. The prize

The winner of the Everleaf Spritz Challenge will receive two places to join a group trip to Iceland (further details below).

The winner will be selected by the Everleaf team based on 4 criteria: flavour, aroma, texture and presentation.

3. How to enter

The competition will run from 1st February 2024 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on Thursday 29th February 2024 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.

Entrants must complete the form found via the ‘Enter Now’ button on the Everleaf blog page LINK

Entrants must also share their spritz name and recipe on Instagram, tagging their venue @everleafdrinks and using the hashtag #everleafspritzchallenge24

Three finalists will be selected by Everleaf. They will be notified after 2nd April.

The finalists will be visited by the Everleaf team to try their drink. A winner will be announced on the 2nd May 2024.

The Promoter will not be responsible for any failure to complete the actions in clause 3.3 due to equipment, network or broadband failure or any technical malfunction of any kin

By entering into either draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility

All draws are only open to residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, and shall not be open to:

employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the draws or their administration; or

members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

In entering either draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the relevant draw.

The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of either prize draw.

5. The prize details

This will include

2x return flights to Iceland from the UK

2x night accommodation

Travel and meals during the trip

The prizes are subject to any regulations in the UK and/or abroad relating to travel restrictions. The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for any liability or loss for changes made to, or any cancellation of, the trip due to any last-minute cancellations, any ban on travel or any quarantine or other restrictions imposed travelling throughout the UK or Iceland.

Prizes are subject to availability & itinerary subject to change. There is no cash alternative for the prize.

The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

6. Finalists and Winner

The decision of the Promoter will be final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into in relation to the decision.

The Promoter will contact the finalists and the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date’s, using the telephone number or email address provided.

The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the finalists and the winners on the Promoter’s Instagram page on the Announcement Dates.

If you object to any or all of your name, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by email to hello@everleafdrinks.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7. Claiming the prize

If you are the winner of the Everleaf Drinks Spritz Challenge prize, you will have seven days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by responding to the email or telephone message from the Promoter. If you do not claim the prize within seven days of the Announcement Date, your claim will become invalid.

The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If the winners cannot be contacted or are not available or have not claimed their prizes within seven days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the relevant prize to the runner up.

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

8. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

a. Data protection and publicity

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy on the Everleaf website. See also condition 3 and condition 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winner(s).

b. General

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
