Ingredients:

50ml Everleaf Forest
15ml passionfruit syrup
15ml lime juice
Flesh from half a passion fruit
Shot of NA sparkling on the side

Method:

Add all the ingredients except sparkling wine to a shaker with ice and shake hard.

Double strain into a cocktail coupe (to remove bits of passion fruit).

Float half a passion fruit on top, then serve with a teaspoon and a chilled shot of NA sparkling wine on the side.
