Forest Non-Alcoholic Piña Colada

This tropical masterpiece known for its creamy coconut and pineapple harmony has had a non-alcoholic makeover using Everleaf Forest. Infusing rich Madagascan vanilla, honeyed orange blossom and the distinct floral earthiness of saffron gives this cocktail a new luxurious depth to its flavour.

Ingredients:

50ml Everleaf Forest

50ml pineapple juice

15ml coconut cream

1 pinch saffron

Method:

Juice some fresh pineapple and us a cloth to strain the fibres out (or use a high quality pineapple juice).

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice and shake for a long time until properly mixed. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

Alternatively blend together with a scoop of ice and pour into a highball (best method if making a few drinks).

For extra saffron intensity, infuse warmed coconut cream with saffron, leave to cool and use as above.

Garnish with fresh pineapple, pineapple leaves, cherries, umbrellas, straws and anything else you feel like!
