Marine Picante

A non-alcoholic interpretation on the classic Margarita. Everleaf Marine’s savoury umami notes are the perfect pair for this spicy serve. 

Ingredients

50ml Marine

Pinch of coriander leaves 

25ml fresh lime juice

Fresh Chilli pepper

10-15ml agave nectar

Method

Muddle a small piece of chilli in a cocktail tin. Clap your coriander and drop in. Add the rest of the ingredients, then shake and fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Cut off the top end of the chilli pepper and place – stem upwards – on the drink to garnish. A great variation to this cocktail is switching Everleaf Marine for Everleaf Forest to create the perfect saffron Picante
